What legal statements do i need to add to my site if any.?
I require some help or advice please,i have a disposable email site http://www.emailthe.net/ or sometimes called a temporary email site this facilty is a free site to stop spam from entering your business or personal email.
My question is do i have to add any legal statements or is the site fine without them,it does not store any personal details or infact anything as it deletes the actual email after 24 hours.
Any help on this one please would be most welcome.
Thanks admin @ http://www.emailthe.net/ due to become one of the top players in the world.

I suggest you look at other web sites that offer similar services to get an idea of the disclaimers generally in use. For example, you should have a ToS statement (Terms of Service) and a Privacy policy Statement at the least.
