I've lose my menu bar on windows explorer?

I turned off the menu bar because I wanted a little more space on the screen - now I want it back but can't find it! I'm pretty certain I have exlorer 7.

    hi, click on View menu ..if you dont see it just press left Alt and it should appear ..

    so its: View -> Toolbars -> and you should find your menu bar there

    If you're using windows seven then select organise from the left side of the window . Then select layout, and add menu bar.
