any cheap hotel from penang?

prefer somewhere near komtar or hutton lane road or transfer road

    You can try Hutton Lodge in Hutton road. Tunehotel will be in Burma road which is quite a distance from Komtar.

    Not too far from where you want, the Hotel Mingood is excellent - nothing flash, but clean and cheap.

    nicely, I went there final year and my kin and that i stayed at song inn. The inn is appreciably much less high priced and the lodging are very stable and snug. i for my area enjoyed staying there.
