Use jet black eye liner and mascara. It makes light eyes like blue stand out. Covergirl has good eyeliner. And Maybelline has good mascara. For your lips use a pinkish color that's not too dark. It will look good on your skin. For blusher, use a color like this http://media.onsugar.com/files/upl0/0/0/02_2008/Am... It's the right color for your skin. Covergirl also has good blusher. They use a number system with 1 being the lightest and 6 being the darkest. Your probably a 1 or 2. Good luck with your makeup search!
