Ok so a customer came into my work place with her brother. I thought her brother was cute; so when she came back a 2nd time I asked her to give him my number. He text me the same day and every time I text he normally texts me back. So what is he waiting for? Why would he call if he's not interested and should I break the ice a 2nd time and ask him out?
