Sorry to break this news to you( sounds like you don't know).
There are bugs in everything we eat( especially fruit, fruit drinks, veggies, chocolates, peanut butter, baked good) so we can safely say" everything".On average we all eat 2 lbs of bugs a years.
The FDA has printed material called "The Food Defect Action Level ( allowable insect parts, rodent hair and excrement in our foods).
It's unavoidable. Just forget it and drink the juice.
It's healthy.

More likely fruit flies which are about the same size. Some gnats are meat eaters (biters). This does not say if or what adult gnats generally eat, but some listed there like sand gnats and midges do bite. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gnat
