Check the processes to see what's running? I don't know if a keylogger would show up there, but I assume they operate on the assumption that people being spied on are too stupid to realize it.

You can try looking in the control panel...if not then ask them out right did they install that on the computer.
You might also run windows explorer there sometimes you can find the programs installed but if you are not the administrator you out of luck to delete it. Ask around your friends if some one knows or knows some one who might be able to help you.
try running task manager

download hirens boot cd... burn the iso file using any software.. i reccomend imgburn... then burn it to a cd.. pop it in your computer and restart it... select boot from CD.. then go to the option about resetting your admin password.. just remove the password... and if your ever asked about it.. say you have no idea how their password was reset... also download avast, malwarebytes, and spybot SD... they will usually find keyloggers thinking its a virus and delete it... there very good anti virus programs =D email me (look below)

You need the password to that program, which you can't get, so there's nothing you can do except wait until you can afford to support yourself, when you can play by your rules. right now, it's your parents' rules, and you just have to accept that. (And when YOUR kids want to make the rules, remember today.)
