2002 ford escape, pedal went to floor?

i have an idea of what it is any one else make a suggestion or have history with the brakes on this vehicle

    No brake fluid... broken line maybe, master cylinder going out.

    Failed master or wheel cylinder, Caliper or line allowing air into this sealed system. No experience with brakes? Let an expert assess the problem. Not a feature you want to approach with nothing more than an "idea".

    I went through all the technical service bulletins on this vehicle and nothing on brakes. You probably have a leak and should not be hard to find. Just look for a puddle of brake fluid.

    sounds like a hose or line popped or it could be the master cylinder went bad.
