Fastest way to grow out nails?

50 push-ups everyday

Just use nail strengthener nail polish and refrain from biting your nails. Or why not use the nail polish that strengthens and helps grows? I'm not an expert at this, but I have seen people who've done this and it works. With me, I do nothing - I have to cut my nails like every two weeks. 0.o But I guess I should be proud? LOL... I work in cosmetics at Walgreens! Use the strengthening clear coat. Use it for 5 days and take it off and redo it for 5 days until your nails are hard! And yes biting nails is off limits! The strengthing nail polish remover is good too, but its best to now wear nail polish when you are trying to strengthen them. Forget about nail polish for about 2 weeks or so!

also its weird but eat gummy bears!

something about the gelatin in them helps your nails grow faster haha

also soaking them in water helps as well, just not for too long

Stop biting them. Be conscious of it, and take control of yourself. I bit my nails my whole life, then one day decided to stop. In a week or two, they were longer than ever.

It does help to have someone around keeping you accountable when you don't notice you're doing it. For me, I went to camp for 3 weeks. My boyfriend was there, and any time he saw me biting, he'd slap my wrist. Whatever works for you.

Go with option B. No need to spend money on getting your nails done. Just take control.

well my nails are always really long. u dont wanna use chemicals cuz thts just gonna ruin ur nails. i suggest u file ur nails consistently everyday. thts all i do and it works great.
