You can edit with PhotoShop. But, if you are not a professional guy, you can edit your photos in some online photo editing websites.
EnjoyPic and PhotoFunia are the best
Hope it helpful.

Photoshop is the industry standard. Many professionals (myself included) use Lightroom and/or Aperture in addition to Photoshop. The latest version is CS5. Photoshop Elements is less expensive, but not suited for professional editing.
If you want to learn first without spending money, download GIMP. It's very similar to Photoshop in a number of ways, and it's 100% free. Be prepared to read and follow a LOT of tutorials before you become comfortable with photo editing in general. Also be careful not to over-edit; a classic amateur mistake. Most photos do not require much time in post-processing if they are exposed correctly, lit well, and otherwise done correctly in-camera.
Good luck!

There are so many different editing packages out there that this is hard to answer, each has their own advantages and disadvantages, price will be a factor things like the full photoshop are VERY expensive, and you will often find that you don't use all the features available.
There are a large number of different packages listed at: http://www.fatphotographer.net/links/how_to_post_p... have a look through them and see if any take your fancy, in my experience once you learn one, that will become your favourite, I use photoshop CS5, but that is because I started with elements many years ago and am used to it, I know many people who use lightroom or gimp, but don't limit yourself if to only these.

The standard is pretty much Adobe Photo Shop. It's not easy to use however. To get the full advantage of all the features, you almost have to take a class to understand all the capabilities it offers.

Hey there!
I'd recommend PhotoPad editor. It's completely free forever and is really easy to use. Other programs can cost a lot of money and are difficult to understand.
You can get it here:
