Your clutch is stuck engaged adjust slave cylinder if possible you should be able to wiggle your throughout fork a little when the clutch is not pushed in. Or maybe you put something in backwards in slave cylinder that isn't allowing it to release pressure look for kinked lines. unbolt slave cylinder and see if clutch engages. How does clutch pedal feel? Probably limp

sounds like the clutch fork is hung, probably could look under vehicle and see what position the fork is in, will tell you alot, if it is in proper position then your problem is going to be inside the bell housing think the seal replacement might have just been a precursor to the clutch failure,

You might have air in the line now - when I changed my Focus ZX-3 slave cylinder I made sure to prime it by filling it up and working it a few times before installing it.

Try bleeding it - if possible.
