So I m trying to keep track of my overtime hours per week. In column A is have my goal hours, and in column B is the hours actually worked. So I have column A filled out and column B will be filled in as the weeks go on, and the total amounts of each column will be added up in a cell at the bottom of the list. Adding column B is easy. What I need help doing is counting column A. I want to only count the cells corresponding to weeks that have already been worked. So say I have A1-A10 all with a value of 8 goal hours for those 10 weeks. And I ve only worked 3 weeks B1-B3 and I worked 9 hours each of those weeks. So I want B11 to say 27 and A11 to say 24. Is there a way I can have the cells in column A only counted as the cell in Column B is entered.

I work the midnight shift in a machine shop. We sometimes have to use creo to look up dimensions that are left off the prints. Typically when I open it up it asks me for my user name and password. Tonight it says "the server windchill is currently not available. Check your connection to the server or contact an administrator." So my question is how do i get that window to come up that asks me for my username and password so I can logon to server. Sorry if this is a dumb question I only know the basics around creo to look up dimensions. And there is only 1 other person here with me who also has no idea. We re a skeleton crew till 7.

I was just eating pizza and when I was done I was cleaning the leftovers out of my teeth with my tongue and felt a sharp edge. Head to the mirror to check it out and there s about 1/4 - 1/3 of a molar missing! Does that **** just fall out? I m young and take very good care of my teeth, should chunks just be falling out? Do I have to go to the dentist? Should I be freaking out? Should I pull all my teeth out and get dentures early? Should I just kill myself?

I got a new job offer and they said I would be in a salaried-non exempt position. I will work 5 days a week from 7-3 and get paid once a month, $4,333.34. Being paid once a month is kinda the thing that's throwing me off. Some months I'll be working 21 days some 22 some 23 days. Will I get the same pay no matter how many days I actually work? Do I get paid for overtime? They also told me they rotate and cover weekends because the plant is a 24/7 so someone will have to cover the weekends, so will I get paid O.T. For the weekends? I plan on asking all this when I go in to talk to HR on tuesday but I was hoping someone could explain now so I don't have to spend the next three days wondering.

Can someone tell me what section those long candle lighting lighters are in in walmart. I always look for them but can't find them and no one's usually around to help. So can you tell me what section or what other stuff they're around..thanks

I started running again recently and over did it. 11/25 my knees got really sore after an hour on the treadmill. I haven't ran since then and have been icing and taking aleeve for the pain. The icing helps for a short while but then the pain comes back. I stay off my knees as much as possible, just a little bit of walking at work. How long does it take for this to heal? it hurts a lot and after just a little bit of walking it becomes a problem. So how much longer do I have to deal with this?

i couple weeks ago I spilled beer on the laptop...it worked for a day or so and the the screen went white. I restarted it and it started beeping 3 times over and over. So I searched the Internet and it said the motherboard was bad. So I took the mother board out and was gonna order a new one the next day but never did because something came up and I ran out of money. So it sat apart for a couple weeks the memory sticks were in a plastic ziploc bag and everything was kept in order....so today I was bored and decided to just put the laptop back together. I got it together just fine and when I tried to boot it it started beeping 4 times over and over which to my knowledge indicates a memory failure. I tried taking the ram sticks out and blowing on them and reseating them real good and everything but it still does it....so can anyone tell me how to test each of the sticks to find out which is the bad one one or is there something else I should be looking for? One stick is a 2 gb and one is a 4 gb. Also is this something I can get at like office max or staples or do I have to order them off the internet? Any information on how to proceed from this point would be much appreciated.

I'm developing my resume and I have a long list of skills. I want to divide the section up into three sections. Skills I've mastered (I know everything there is to know about this skill), skills I'm proficient in (I know a lot, but I'm not perfect) and skills that I have some experience in but don't really know that much about. I need a word to label the third section(have minimal experience but don't know that much about) and can't think of one. Thanks in advanced.

I have an exterior slab/patio that I would like to wall it in put down some ceramic tile and put a wood burning furnace in. It's 10 x 19. The slope of the concrete is 1.5* meaning the end is around 3" lower than where it starts at the house. Ive been researching; and self leveling resurfacer is only supposed to be applied up to 1" thick. That's not enough. Any other resurfacer I see says for 2" or thicker which would be good for the end but when I feather it off to nothing up by the house will the eventually chip up?

I would just add a layer of concrete on top and raise the level of the floor up a few inches but then I would trip every time I walked out there, so it's really can't go any higher than it is now, at the house end.

could I add concrete to the low end until I only needed 1" or less of self leveling resurfacer and then put the self leveling resurfacer on top of it all to cover any seems and keep that feathered edge from cracking under my tiles?

Or any other ideas

I have a semi trailer on my property that i sold. Its falling apart so the person buying it is going to need to cut it into sections to haul it out of here.

Do i need to have them sign a release of liability form incase they are injured while working on my property? Does anybody know of a free one i can print off ?

The blower works but the outside unit wont kick on. It just hums. It worked yesterday (90 degrees so it was running a lot. But later in the evening it wouldn't turn back on. I pulled the access panel off and didnt find any burnt wires, the contactor looks pretty clean, the capacitor has rust all the way around it except for the top where the wires plug in. I wiggled all the connections to see if one was loose, but nothing. After that i kicked it back on to where it was humming and gave the fan a little boost to start it and it kicked the fan on and it was running but the air in the house wasnt cold. (It was almost 80 in my house all night.:0)

Anybody got an idea? Is my fan motor junk or soon to be junk? Is there a way to test the contactor or capacitor? Is it something else?

does hooking speakers to an amp in the "parallel setup" give full power to each speaker. say i have 4 speakers and a 100 watt 1channel amp. if i hook all 4 speakers in parallel to the single channel wwould it give 100 watts to each speaker? or 25 to each? less?

if i hooked 4 speakers to a 100 watt 4 channel amp.1 speaker per channel. would it give 100 watts per speaker or 25 or less?

if i hooked 4 speakers to a 200 watt 2 channel amp. 2 speakers in parallel per channel, would it give 100 watts per speaker, or less or what?

or do i need to use "series setup"

I killed my first nice buck, worthy of hanging on my wall, in ohio the season before last. November 15 2011 to be exact. Took the head to a taxidermist, paid half the cost and havent heard anything since. Its been 14 going on 15 months. Is this to long?

I have a ribbed aluminum floor to a semi trailer cut up into peices rdy for scrap, but there is foam insulation crap stuck on the bottom of a bunch of peices and its a pain in the *** to get off so i was wondering how much i would lose by just scrapping it with the insulation still on? And how much do you think i can get for it? Its 42' x 8'

I have two siberian husky brothers who just turned a year old on thanksgiving. Theyre great dogs and i have them very well trained. They do all the fancy tricks and always listen to what i say. One is even off leash trained. The other is getting better off leash but still tends to chase things. But anyway i taught them everything they know myself except one thing. I cannot get them to leave my housr guests alone. They go bonkers when people come over. And they dont tire out. I know huskies are attention whores but damn. They know that theyre not aloud to jump on me and they dont. When guests come over, I tell them to get down, they jump down turn around and jump right back up. I tell them no, and they get all sad and two seconds later they r back. I tellget my guests toalone do theit same thingday i didget to teachthe them noti to jump up onthe my(turning and ignoring them) but itsI beem ineffective. They dont do this when i take them to peoples houses though, only at my house. They get a ton of attention from me and my siblings so i know theyre not starved for attention. We go on atleast one run a day for a few miles, and we hike in the woods and i have a huge fenced in back yard for them to play in, so i know theyre getting enoigh excersize. I usually have to put them on my screened in porch or out in the yard when people come over and when i do that all they do try and get back inside. How can i correct this behavior . Oh and they are neutered.

I bought a supposedly never used g25 wheel from ebay for real cheap and just got it yesterday. It comes with an rfactor demo. I got the wheel and demo installed on my laptop and while i was racing, the camera views were alternating at random times, horn was honking at random times, car would shut off. All these things were assigned to buttons on the shifter. So i moved them feom the shifter buttons to the buttons on the wheel. I made the paddle shifter the camera veiw changer and nitro buttons were ignition but it still did this. Its like its randomly pushing buttons. I didnt get a chance to try it with another game yet but i was wondering if anyone else had that problem. Do u think my wheel is broken or do i need to change some settings? Thanks.

I gottasend my rsvp to a wedding. And with the rsvp and envelope they sent stamps. Its just a small envelope only 5grams in weight so i figured it would only need 1 stamp, but they sent two? It may have been a mistake but i just wanna make sure i dont need 2 stamps. Its only goin about 30 minutes away fromthe here.

I have a 42' semi trailer on my property that i think is a refridgerated one because its got a big aluminum floor the entire length insulated walls and roof and the side said superior goods. U csn barrly read it. Its alot of aluminum and im about to start cutting it up and hauling it in for scrap. I was wonderin if anybody had any idea of how much weight ill be able to get in aluminum and steel. Its complete with all the axles and everything .
