Do i need a liability waiver?

I have a semi trailer on my property that i sold. Its falling apart so the person buying it is going to need to cut it into sections to haul it out of here.

Do i need to have them sign a release of liability form incase they are injured while working on my property? Does anybody know of a free one i can print off ?

It would be a good idea! This site has listed a download for the info you seek. Look in your question box. Good Luck

    Nope.

That waiver flat out won't hold up in court, anyway. You can't "opt out" of your responsibility.
