Part of my tooth has disappeared?

I was just eating pizza and when I was done I was cleaning the leftovers out of my teeth with my tongue and felt a sharp edge. Head to the mirror to check it out and there s about 1/4 - 1/3 of a molar missing! Does that **** just fall out? I m young and take very good care of my teeth, should chunks just be falling out? Do I have to go to the dentist? Should I be freaking out? Should I pull all my teeth out and get dentures early? Should I just kill myself?

    Got to the dentist they can replace the broken off tooth.

    You will probably need a filling. It happened to me on a molar because my ortho didn't remove all of the glue.
