Can I withdraw a case when I turn 18?

I'm 17..my parents are in serious case..my mom has a CPS case against her and my dad has CPS, murder, felony case against him(it's a longg story). I live in a very prestigious family but I made a HUGEEEE mistake. I lied to the police about a lot of stuff but now i regret it. I really don't want my parents to go to jail. We're american immigrants and my dad is a marine engineer. He works in a very big company and when he starts probation, he might lose his jobs because one of the rules say he's not allowed to go outside texas and if he stays within texas he'll lose his job. We'll lose our home, our lives everything. When I called 911, i was really mad at my parents for disciplining me but now I really regret it.

I was wondering if I could withdraw a case when I turn 18 or is there anything i can do to lessen the charges???

Update:

I never knew calling 911 would cause so much problem. I mean after my parents went to jail I already tried to go to court but they wouldn't let me speak up because I'm a minor. They keep telling me my opinion doesn't matter because I'm a minor. IS THIS THE FREE AMERICA????????

Update 2:

Child Protective Service literally told me to my face "you're a minor, so your opinion and wants don't matter"
