Its going to make you really drousy... and if you are sleepy than you shouldnt have anxiety attacks.
Honestly, i think what ever you are having anxiety over, you should change your way of thinking....
TRUST that God has everything worked out and living in fear is not what He wants for you.
Living in fear is not fun.... You need to enjoy your life to the fullest. I will pray for you!

No ways, In high enough doses it begins to act like a deliriant. As in seeing things that aren't there, and talking to people that don't exist...
