I have a 500GB Transcend Portable Hard Drive (StoreJet25M) but i am unable to rename any files on it? Help!!?

    probably attacked by virus

    make a scan with Malwarebytes 1.5

    Whats the Error message While you are Trying to Rename it.

    Check if they are read-only by checking the properties. See if any program is accessing it. Otherwise copy them on your pc and rename it

    Are u using a ntfs hard drive on an apple computer? if so it won't work other than that you need to make sure its not only set to read only!
