Lymph nodes swell when there is infection present in the body, those on the neck especially when there is some respiratory infection. You had pretty high fever and sore throat, so you probably did have infection. It's perfectly normal body reaction. It's good that the lymph node doesn't hurt anymore, and the swelling will go down when your body gets rid of the infection completely. Since you're taking antibiotics already, there is nothing to worry about. Just rest and make sure you get enough vitamin C and fluids.

Bloated stomach can be caused by many things, bad digestion, bacterias... It will take few days for it to get to normal state again, but it's nothing to be worried or scared about. It takes time for the intestinal flora to get to normal level, especially when taking oral antibiotics, so you'll be good in a few days, don't worry.
