    Hello...OK, first you need to know that back front teeth have (4) surfaces (front, back and two sides) and back teeth have (5) surfaces which are (front, back,top, tongue and cheek)....Filing prices are determined by how many surfaces the filing involves and on average the fee will be around $75 for the first surface and $35 for each additional surface on the same tooth or additionally teeth. Now, in many cases the difficulty in doing the filing will alter the fee...Good luck and I wish you well.

    Silver filings? The whites coast only about 18% more. It may be worth it. The price will vary depending on which teeth have to be fixed.

    The best thing would be to ask your dentist for an estimate.
