Which do you think is the more impressive turn around this year, Tampa Bay or St. Louis?

... Or other if I am forgetting a team.

Tampa Bay. They are very competitive in one of the toughest divisions. The Rams are in the weakest division, and still have a losing record. So they beat up a little on their weaker siblings, but get trounced when they play real teams.

Tampa Bay definitely. St Louis is in a division with 3 HORRIBLE teams! The Rams got the #1 Pick in Sam Bradford as well.

Tampa Bay, their QB was not as heralded as Bradford and they don't have a RB who is as good as Steven Jackson on paper. They also play in what might be the NFL's best division when you look at the Saints and Falcons (I know the Panthers might be the league's worst team but the other 3 are nice) so I'm going with them. St. Louis has some high draft picks that are playing pretty well in a terrible division, it's a nice turn around but Tampa beats them in my book.

I think the more impressive turnaround has to be the Rams. Even though the improvement of the Bucs is a nice thing to see, and it was unexpected, I think when you look at the Rams, they have less to work with. Coming in to this year, the Rams were working with a rookie QB who was unproven, they didn't have big name WR's, and they lacked the kind of offensive line that teams need to be successful. The Bucs on the other hand were able to work with Josh Freeman who matured since last year, they do have WR's in Mike Thomas and others, and their offensive line is better at protecting. I like what the Bucs have done, but seeing as how the Rams have been in worse shape for a longer period of time, its a great job that Spagnolo has done with that franchise. They were in the bottom three last year, and now they have a shot at being division champions. If there is another team, I would probably mention the Chiefs. The Chiefs were looking horrid last year, and all of a sudden they have a grip on their divison as well.

Tampa Bay because they didnt get to take Sam Bradford with the #1 overall pick in the draft. Also, St. Louis is in a easy division to rack up some wins.

Neither of them are particularly impressive. But to choose, I'd say the Bucs. In 2009 they were 3-13, this year 8-5. The Rams were 1-15 in 2009 and this year are still only 6-7. Ok, they both had considerable improvement, but how about the Bengals? They were 4-11 in 08 and jumped to 10-6 in 09! Not the same year, granted, but giant improvement nonetheless.

Even though the Rams went from a league's worst 1-15 to the top of their division, I have to say Tampa Bay.

Their first round pick Gerald McCoy was placed on injured reserve and their best RB and WR are rookies. They share the division with probably the best two teams of the NFC.

    Jacksonville deserves to be mentioned.

    The Vikings

NFC Championship to Eliminated after 14 weeks with practically the same players they had the year before. Impressive.

    But really i say tampa

I would have to go with Tampa since they are playing in a tougher division, and have a better record.

i say Tampa Bay, they arent that much different on paper than they were last year

Rams you can point to Bradford as the big reason they are better
