What's wrong with uTorrent?
Whenever I click on it now, it has a grayish question-mark show up on the icon for it on the dock. This just started to happen recently, and I don't think I've done anything to it, but my mom or sister may have.
If I reinstall it, will it take delete any files from my computer that I may have downloaded from it? Or just stop the seeding process?

You can uninstall and then reinstall. When you uninstall it will ask if you want to save settings. Click yes. Either way you won't lose any of your downloaded files even if they are only partially done. If you don't save the settings you will have to re-add the torrents you had in utorrent and do a recheck of the files.
