Will you please give us story ideas?
Me and my friend are doing a Young Author's together. Young Author's is a competition for young writers, BTW.
So, I have written since like second grade. And I really want to win this SO BAD. :D
One of our ideas was about a girl who goes through really hard times with school, family, and friends. So, she writes letters to an imaginary girl.
But, that sounds really cliche, and I've read a lot of books like that.
So,
1) For our story idea, how could we make it unique?
2) Do you have any really good story ideas?

I like your idea. Stick with it. Here are some ideas of what she is dealing with:
At school: Some schoolmates of hers start playing an uncomfortable game. Anyone in the hallways during school on Monday will be slapped across the bottom or pinched. Surprising, the game catches on quick and your main character feels like she's the only one sickened by it.
Home life: Her recent boyfriend is hit by a drunk driver and later dies. Before his trial, the drunk driver comes over to the family of the boy's house and offers his forgiveness. They accept. Will the girl also accept?
Friends: The main character is best friends with two girls. Then one of them begins to hang out with more popular girls and when she does she ignores your main character and her other friend. After they, your main character and her other friend, find out the popular girls are using her, they must find a way to make her listen.
