Are there any kinds of sword fighting tutorials in the quad cities iowa?
ive been meaning to learn but unfortunately due to the places ive been living ive never got around to it, im an avid sword enthusiast and some foam practice swords at home, although they are not the greatest quality. Id like to learn basic technique and fighting styles and generally have fun sparring. Are there any places where i can learn within the quad cities Iowa?

It looks like you have two choices:
The SCA runs a fight practice in your area. SCA fighting is better described as a combat sport than a martial art.

There is an ARMA chapter in your area (http://www.qcarma.org/), but you should probably read up on ARMA before joining. I have no direct experience with them, but I've heard some unflattering stories.

Many MAs have sword forms. Just look around. Ull have to learn a MA before u can learn its weapon forms.
