Is it possible that my Best Buy reward zone e-mail could be 4 months late?

I got an e-mail today from BestBuy Reward Zone stating "Thank you for your camera purchase! You will now receive discounts on camera accessories." Last camera I know about that was purchased was my sisters and that was 4-5 months ago. My parents do use my account as well. Do you think that someone bought someone a camera as a christmas present? I didnt ask for a camera, but cool! ROFLMAO. :D

    Unlikely that it four months late, someone could have bought a camera but the camera may not be for you.
