Because that's what Faux does. It makes the news as opposed to reporting about it.

The other networks report on FOX in hopes of getting a spike in ratings. How many people watch or listen to Ed Schultz just to watch him get apoplectic over Rush Limbaugh or Fox and have a laugh over it?
Some of the hosts on FOX have a very good presentation and demeanor like Bill Bennett and Dennis Praeger.
FOX reports on many issues and events you won't get in the mainstream media and they keep reporting on these issues because that's what their audience wants them to do.

All the others are just paparazzi, and most of them told what to print by the Obama administration.
