Is there an easy way to get stealth in Metal Gear Solid 4? Like a good sneaking route?

if you mean a good way to get the stealth camo item then the easy way: buy it from drebin for 5000000. takes awhile to get the points though.

the other way, more fun: crawl crawl crawl! stay on the ground and stay camouflaged! save every time after the game loads. if you are seen (go into alert status) quit game, reload. finish with zero alerts and your reward is stealth camo.

if you are asking how to be stealthy in the game then just blend like the other guy said. make sure your camo index is high (number on the top right of the screen) and don't move when people are around. move slowly and be patient. any time you change environments like moving from grass to dirt, lay down and let your octacamo change to the new background. there are some good sneaking routes but i can't tell them all here it would take forever but here's a few: in the first stage, look for alleyways and rectangular holes at the bottom of walls. they are usually short cuts to get behind and around battles. in south america stick to the right side of the map for the most part, hide in the plants growing there. in europe lay on the ground and use your tranq on guards. in shadow moses go in through the vent on the ground to the left of the front door. go right and when you come out you're near the exit to the canyon. don't hit the beams from the scarabs and you're gravy. crawl in the canyon and the gekko don't wake up. in the rolling/casting place stick to the left wall until you have to go left. in outer haven stick to the left wall on the ground fully camouflaged. tranq the frogs and crawl back to the door. that's the end of the game after you get in there there is no more stealth.
