Does anyone know of a fudge recipe with no chocolate or milk products?

As I am allergic to milk products and chocolate. Does anyone know where I can get a recipe for fudge with alternates?

    Hi there!

I am a trained chef and I know that sweetened condensed milk is similar in production and consistency to Coconut Cream (not coconut milk)

Look for a recipe that uses Sweetened Condensed Milk and you may be able to substitute. You need to check all the ingredients of the coconut cream to make sure you are not going to have a problem with it. You can try margarine in exchange for butter also.

If you have never made fudge, you may want to try the recipe first without the substitutions so that you get an idea of the boiling steps. Soft fudge can be reboiled.

Good Luck! I would love to know how it goes.
