whats the best thing about being at a standstill on the highway?

is it the towns that dont like the yankees passing thru or is it just that they dont have the equiptment to remove obstructions and do you ever see were everyone is stopped and when you get to the end that there is not so much as a bugar kleenex that everyone was stopped for isnt there something in our rights that has the freedom of movement thing and why does it have to be that there ill perpared for bad weather and why does the people have to be at a stop
