Could I have hurt my arms or are they just sore?
I work in a computer lab, but yesterday we had to lift and move the heavy tables/desks out of the lab into the hallway. It took 4 girls to move one table. 2 guys to move the same table. I partnered with a guy and between me (a girl) and him we moved quite a few tables and even flipped them over to pile them on the other tables. My arms are now very sore, but I am worried I maybe hurt something. What to y'all think? It hurts to lift them and even to move them.
Thanks. =)

did the pain come the next day or right after moving the tables? if it's the first one it's probably sore. try stretching them a bit

you have probably strained a muscle whilst lifting something that was too heavy for you. hopefully they will be back to normal in 3-7 days.
