You have alot of good pokemon, and I can see you didn't want to use your Bayleef anymore, which is understandable. It is an extremely hard starter. Here are some tips on your team:
I recommend Charizard as your fire type. Though Typhlosion is very powerful, Charizard is also a flying type, and has a wider variety of moves.
Jolteon for your electric type. It's extremely fast, and can be powerful if you teach it the right moves.
Aggron for sure. It's really great to have on your team. I'd use it as a defense wall, like teach it something like Light screen, Protect, ect.
Alakazam. It's a little over-used, but it's powerful. If you need a good moveset, try Rest, Snore, Hypnosis, and Dream Eater.
SHELGON. If you evolve it into Salamence, it is a great pokemon. It has both good defense and offensive moves.
I would train up your Skarmory or Dratini. Dragonite is probably the best pokemon in the game, in my opinion. xP Also, Skarmory has good defenses and only a few weaknesses like Dragonite.
Definately don't use Umbreon. Sure, it's cool, but it is comepletely useless if you need an attacker. It has horrible attack, and not very good defense either from my experience with it. Gligar's awesome, one of my fave pokemon. x) It's even better as Gliscor.
Hope I helped!

Well Im gonna recommend that you train that Dratini up, because when that thing hits Dragonite it becomes unstoppable. A Gyarados is also a reliable pokemon that I have on my team in any game. That Shelgon will evolve into a beast Salemance if you level it up, its one of the few Dragons that rival Dragonite. Charizard and Typhlosion are bothe great pokemon, its up to you wether you want the ability to fly or not with your fire-type. Kindra and Gengar are excellent pokemon and the chocie between them would depend on the battling you plan on doing.

I started with Cyndaquil as well, mainly because I go with the Fire types in all my games (why even I don't know). Anyways, I started by catching a Pidgey, HootHoot, and Rattata on Route 29. Then I captured a Ledyba, mainly for Ledian later on. Capture a Zubat, this was my main flying type throughout the game. Crobat is much faster and when properly trained hits harder than Pidgey. With the first gym, you want to go and catch a Mareep. Do some training on the side and in Bellsprout Tower. At least to level 15 for Mareep, around the same for the rest. My final team I had: Typhlosion, Crobat, Ampharos, Rhydon (before Victory Road I used Nidoking), Espeon (before this I just used HM slaves in an extra slot), and Starmie (Quagsire is a good way to go as well, and is quickly accessible, aside from Starmie, only near Cinnabar Island). Hope you have a great team and great game!
