Is there any comfort at all?

I just heard that my younger cousin, a guy of 20, stabbed himself to death today. I saw him a lot when he was little but we haven't seen each other in quite a while. I can't seem to stop crying. Does anything help? It's so utterly hopeless.

What ever happened is happened which could not be changed because of sad / worry which will suck Your energy and make you sick only. Realizing the fact you pray Almighty God to have good strength to bear the inevitable happenings.

I know what it's like to lose a loved one. I'm not going to tell you what's going to help you feel better, because it's been more than a month for me and I still can't let go. It's been kind of easier, since I've pushed the death aside, but that doesn't mean I don't want to break down. I say, if crying is what you need to do, then that's what you need to do. Let it all out, be angry, be sad. Confronting your emotions is better than not. I'm sorry for your loss, truly.

Yes, there is. That he doesn't have to suffer from the emotional pains that clearly plagued him so. Give yourself time to grieve, but then you have to eat something, and just go on with life. People need you. Good luck.
