is it safe to drive a car with no dashboard?

its a 03 ford crown vic i was gonan remove it to customize it during winter

    Is there air bags? need those if there there already, also need the speedo,gas gauge, temp gauge, oil Gauge, all that stuff, why don't you get another dash at a wrecking yard and customize that one and spend the day doing the swap, it should be done in about 5 or 6 hours anyway

    Not only is it not safe but it will no longer be legal to drive.
