power: exhaust, header, hfc, chip, tune.
suspension: coilover, swaybar, brace, strut bar.

You bought the wrong civic for performance
Keep that one stock and buy yourself a 92-00 Civic hatch and build from there

if you want power i would chip it get a high flow exhaust then if you want more power i would buy a turbo that is cheap and have it tuned only to about 7-8 psi which should give you about 50 HP and you shouldn't have to rebuild your engine

Honda makes terrible cars.
(You get what you pay for Cheap car=Poor quality)
