My new camera from amazon broke. :( Can I return it for a full refund?
This waterproof camera isn't waterproof. It looks new physically but a piece is missing and doesn't work. It still looks new. Everything is there.
I think there's a fault, can i return the entire thing and get a different one? I'm worried, they won't take it back.

Waterproof cameras are tricky. You have to close the battery door properly for the seal to work. One misalignment and everything's gone. Bring it back to the store and state your case. You'd be lucky if they replace it.
