It depends on what format (whatever that is -->) dd saved it in.
If it's as simple as being an ISO image file, You can easily get something free like Magicdisk and just mount the ISO image file.
It can also just be burned to a CD/DVD if it's the right size image ISO.
There's also the ability to use a created image of certain formats as a "Virtiual machine", but again, it all depends on how the program dd saved the image.
