Sometimes it is not major flaws but little ones that drive me crazy. A person who drinks out of containers from the refrigerator. Someone who sneezes and doesn't cover their mouth. A person that clips their toenails in the kitchen and then scrapes under them to get out the jam. A girl who lets her hair hang in the food she is preparing and I find the strands at dinner. Someone who doesn't close the bathroom door all the way and stinks up the whole house. A guy who can't seem to hit the bowl. Someone who waits until I am on the phone long distance to start a conversation with me. You get the idea.....everyone.

Pretty much every flaw humans have annoys me. However I don't hold it against them usually, if not ever, because I know it's a result of some imbalance of theirs; and something even more importantly that's not even their fault usually.

But answering the question more directly, I'd say that people being trite and false irritates me. I just wish everyone could be honest. Additionally, I often find disagreement in the idea of authority and those who have it inbuilt to them and can't comprehend the fact that we're all human and authority is in a way a façade. Of course this is just my way of looking at it, but you asked so I'm just saying ^^! Anyway I mean like the proper bods who are up there high in their offices looking down on people for whatever petty reasons have been indoctrinated into them to discriminate against someone for. And when you try to approach them normally they don't understand what you're doing and if they disapprove then society disapproves with them because it's made to think that way. Idk... Basically triteness and upper class snobbery overall ^^

And in fact these things often walk hand in hand and are found very majorly in the same groups of people.

There are others, but I can't possibly bring them to mind right now :(...

when that person is constantly changing their interests and who they are because of the guy/girl they are dating at the time. That's a deal breaker for me. Or someone who lies through their teeth to the point that it's embarrassing to watch and you feel awkward calling them out on it and you also feel like you don't even know who they really are because of it. Also a deal breaker.
