What do you suggest for self defence; Karate or Systema?

    I'm only sure for one thing, you already ask about Karate and Systema here so many times, your question been related to each other, LOL.

    To answer your question;

    Any of them is good; because they had been develop with same aim and objectives, to defend oneself or others on any physical threat.

    Systema. Took both, karate did not help but Systema did. I was attacked once by some freak in an alley on my way to my hotel in New York for my wedding and my training stopped him in his tracks.

    Karate. I jumped some girl once in an alley while she was on the way to her hotel. I think she knew Systema because I was stopped in my tracks.

    To find a good systema class is vey challenging..... but to find a good karate dojo is also challenging nowadays....

    I say karate due to experience, I've seen and felt what it can do.

    They're both good well rounded systems. Choose the better and more knowledgeable instructor
