Yes make the trade. Kevin love can help you big on the boards. He's getting roughly 15-16 a game. Jrue holiday could help you in assist if he is on his game. Dorell wright well he is just there

Getting Kevin Love is really important, his 20-20 per game is helpful. Besides, Dorell can give you 13-15 PTS and Holiday is well round player.

If you are aiming for rebounds, then yes Love will be the best thing to go for. The guy is a beast and he plays his position better than Nene has been this year.
The downside is, you are losing a lot of points from Ellis. Although, assist wise you do gain from getting Holliday.
If you are desperate for rebounding, than go for it
