Okay. I want Grant out. He's not doing much good for us.. All this positive talk saying 'we can take positives out the game today'..he can't speak like that forever without getting results, can he? We need him out.. SOONER THE BETTER

Onto Hughton.. The respect I have for him as a manager is good, but he hasn't really had much experience fighting relegation, has he? How would we know he's up for the job? Personally..right now..ok, im gonna say it.. I'd take Allardyce. Ugly football, but almost guarantees you your Premier League status..besides..we haven't exactly been playing "nice" football this season, have we?

Grant shows absolutley no passion he stands there like a tool and does nothing at least Zola installed passion and belief into the players last season.
