Is Time Warner Cable losing the USA Network?

I have been hearing that Time Warner Cable will be losing USA Network and others due to contract disputes at the first of the year. Anyone know anything about this?

    I like the USA Network, too. It has some really good programing. I've been searching the net to find that answer. The closest I've been able to get is this site: http://www.answers.com/topic/usa-network

    USA Network is a program service of NBC Universal Cable a division of NBC Universal. In 2006 TWC dropped NBC in West Virginia. So it looks like a local thing. Fact is, I don't know and I don't think TWC knows for sure right now either.
