Jets head coach Rex Ryan said Friday that WR Santonio Holmes is expected to play Sunday at Chicago despite being limited in practice with a case of turf toe. As such, the team listed him as probable for the Week 16 matchup.

Holmes hasn't scored in three games, and his yardage totals have gone backwards during that span from 72 to 57 to 40. He will face a Chicago defense that ranks 18th against the pass in Week 16, but the Bears have only allowed 11 touchdowns through the air in 2010 -- the second fewest in the league. He'll also do it with a toe injury, which is never good for a receiver who relies on his speed. It is worth noting that big-play receivers like Percy Harvin, Calvin Johnson, Jeremy Maclin and Santana Moss have punched the ball into the end zone against the Bears. Still, because of the toe injury and the problems with the Jets offense in general, consider Holmes a No. 2 Fantasy WR for this matchup.
