Sisko, competent but i have not watched the show enough to judge

Janeway, competent, she really needs to loosen up and have a joke around sometimes

Kirk, really stupid blunders in procedure, falling for every doe eyed and usually doomed/mute alien woman bimbo around and crap at fighting.

(In kirks defence, the reboot version of himself would come above Archer, generally because the character is written better and is therefore much more entertaining and cunning)
