Hey! i wanted to buy an ipod touch form a friend which one do you think is better? there the same price. my brother is selling me the 3rd gen. but he told me i cant jailbreak it.

If you want alot of music, go with the 2nd gen. But i would probably go with the 3rd because i want my ipod to be in good condition. And why does he care if you jailbreak it? Its yours if you buy it lol how could he stop you?

2nd gen longer audio life 36 hours for 2nd gen only 32 for a third gen they havte exact same design the 3rd gen it just a tiny bit lighter but the 2nd gen is better I have one It's faster to I'm just answered this question on my 2nd gen
