Poll:What is the worst state in the USA and why?

um New Jersey. HAVE YOU EVER DRIVEN IN NEW JERSEY? the exit signs are placed wherever they want and missing numbers and/or letters. Do you know how hard it is to get off exist 14 when there is only a 4? and to make it better, you're driving at night>MY GOD i almost got hit by some guy speeding cuz it was the wrong exit. and then they honk everywhere. and please explain to me how a service road is safe when you have to speed out of the parking lot in order to not get into an accident trying to get back on the highway (from the store) b/c there is no ramp.

Louisiana- the best thing it has going for it is New Orleans and cajun food. The state always ranks among the worst in country, corrupt politicians, and just to give a picture of how of our governor is, he has cut the state budget for higher education so much that public university students staged a protest at the state capital building.

(Um- other that said Louisiana....you named small amount of snow as a reason why it's bad?! It's Louisiana, dude. Louisiana receiving snow is a miracle.)

highest property/income/business taxes in America

7% sales tax

60% of our total earnings go toward taxation

we have the most retarded gun laws you can think of

we're all stereotyped because of a TV show

corrupt government

South Dakota. It makes me forget about North Dakota every time I get quizzed about naming all the states in the US.

Delaware. Biden and O'Donnell. also, the only state without a national park.

Nevada - Boring, Overrated, Makes money off of peoples mistakes and addictions.

West Virginia... the economy sucks, nothing but coal mining accidents, and people who's Mothers are also their sisters as well as their cousins..

Texas from what ive heard becuase of the bugs and the heat

IA...theres nothing there except cornfields!!

Then again I live in AZ..its pretty dull over hear...we have a 360 mile hole in our state called the Grand Canyon.....its a huge hole!!! Yet people love it...theres nothing there!!

I would say the two worst states are California and Florida. Both because of overpopulation, budget problems, illegals, bad weather.
