people in my address book have received mail from me when I did not send it. Why? is this a bug?

Your contacts list has been compromised.The best thing to

do is,

Tell your friends not to click on any links in those email,as

they will have virus/or worms attached

You and your friends will need to do a full spyware scan.

and once that's done

Change your password,and that should stop it.

Make a note of your new Password.
