I no longer live in MA but i received a summons for jury duty?
i havent lived in MA for almost two years now and recently i received a summons for jury duty sent to my mothers house, which i haven't lived there since was 19. Do i still have to go to this or is it something i can just call and get out of it? theres nothing on the website about that i can find about it

You should be able to get out of it if you call and say you no longer live in that state.

Since you don't live in the state that called you up for jury duty, you are not eligible for jury duty. What you should do is call the courthouse that sent you the summons and explain to them that you no longer live in their jurisdiction. They'll take your name off the jury roster.

Send back the summons with a note that you are no longer a resident and include your new address

If you live out of state, or beyond a certain distance from the court (depends on the state), then that's grounds for exemption.
