Hey! i wanted to buy an ipod touch form a friend which one do you think is better? there the same price. my brother is selling me the 3rd gen. but he told me i cant jailbreak it.

Why can't the 3rd gen iPod be jailbreak-ed?
Well, if I were you, I wouldn't buy an used gadgets with scratches.
2nd gen and 3rd gen are almost same.

The 2nd one is good with more mem but I got mine last nite for xmas and its a little confusing and it has froze up 1 time already but besides that I love it

3rd You will be able to jailbreak soonish, just wait for dev to come out with another jailbreak
