When you die you are immediately judged. If you have accepted Jesus Christ as your personal Savior, you have nothing to fear. If you haven't, well, you aren't going to Heaven, my friend. Pick up a Bible and do some reading.

(From a Mormon perspective) After you die, depending on your morality in life, you go to Paradise or "Spirit Prison" for the duration of the life of Earth. After the end of the world, there will be a 1,000 year period where the good people shall live on a perfected Earth. Then after that, we're all judged. (This is sort of..."paraphrasing" I guess you could say.)
