My cricket android phone wont send or recieve picture messages?
When i try to send a picture message it sends for hours and never finishes. And when i recieve a message i get a message from cricket saying that its online. I reallyneed to fix this quick so any suggestions help. Thank you.

verify with your carrier that you have a data plan for your phone. the android needs it to send/rec picture messages. the other thing you need to do is on the phone itself go into the menu and settings and verify you have the correct settings. cricket may be able to send them to you or you may see in your menu an option to retrieve settings.

Hi.I suggest calling customer care from another phone.Just ask to do some trouble shooting steps.
