The problem i cant seem to solve is when im either parked or stuck in sand mud ect. if i give it gas and let off it will drop to 500- rpms every time and sometimes die. it doesn't do it when driving on the road though, any ideas?

Just one idea am I am not sure. I am thinking that it just might be the air bypass valve. It is either dirty, corroded, the spring is broken or the solenoid in it is not working. I think that they do not cost much. It is supposed to open at idle and whenever the throttle position sensor says the throttle body is closed.
